Carla Marchfelder and Alexander Pfannschmidt took part in the EELISA Symposium at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME). The event provided an international platform for the exchange of innovative ideas and discussions on issues relating to various technical research fields. A central element of the symposium was the scientific poster presentation, during which the scientists and all other participants presented and discussed their current research.

The EELISA alliance of European universities brings together leading technical universities in Europe with the aim of networking engineering education, research and social engagement across Europe. A particular focus is placed on interdisciplinary collaboration, project-based learning and the active involvement of students in real social and technological challenges.

Participation in the symposium provided valuable insights into EELISA and offered the opportunity to get to know the BME and Budapest as a centre of science better. Further impressions of the event can be found here
